Whispers in the Dark
In 2007, serial rapist Johannes Mowers was arrested. He led police to a large covered burrow where he was keeping two young girls. The girls were severely traumatized, and it appeared that Mowers had sexually abused the older of the two. This sensitive film tells the girls' story and tries to understand the mind of a man who could perpetrate such inhumane crimes.
