Women On Death Row
2,620 men and 53 women are waiting for their execution on death row. Who are they? We decided to follow five of them. Shawna Forde, the head of an anti-immigration group, who killed a Mexican man and his daughter. Melissa Lucio, mother of 13, who killed her 2-year-old daughter. Debra Bracewell, forced by her own husband to execute a man, and Linda Carty, who ordered the rape and murder of a young woman in order to kidnap her child. Finally, Michelle Byrom, who is no longer on death row, will provide a different and complementary point of view.
